When working with Tom Dampsy
1. I will provide you with a written competitive market evaluation.
2. I will provide tips on making your home very showable to potential buyers.
3. I will install and maintain my "For Sale" sign on your lawn.
4. I will arrange an inspection tour for other REALTORS.
5. I will supply an extensive marketing plan.
6. I will carefully screen prospective buyers.
7. I will attend all negotiations acting as your agent.
8. I will provide buyers with assistance in obtaining suitable financing.
9. I will see that the necessary paperwork is sent to lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc.
10. I will review with you all of the activity on your home. This will include the reactions to inspection, the response to our marketing strategy and the information on sales and new listings which may have a bearing on your decisions.
11. I will develop and deliver promotional material. i.e. feature sheet mailers, email notices, advertisements about your property, etc.
If I fail to meet any of our commitments, you have the right to cancel the Listing Agreement in Accordance with the local real Estate board by-laws
